Kenneth Schneider was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas, the heart of tornado alley. His father Ken Schneider was a Meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Amarillo Texas. He was raised around weather all his life. He learned to read radar at a young age because he was scared of tornadoes. He turned his fear into a passion, Kenneth become SKYWARN certified and began chasing severe weather in multiple different states collecting data and reporting weather events for the National Weather Service. He briefly chased for News Channel 10 in Amarillo, Texas.  Kenneth continues to photograph severe weather and space weather. He is very active in the weather community and wants to educate the public about weather safety and help in the aftermath of natural disasters.
