Shipping Policy – Welcome to the Chase
 

Welcome to the Chase partners with Printify, a trusted print-on-demand provider, to produce and ship many of our products. Because of this, shipping times and carriers may vary depending on the product and your location.
 

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Each item is made to order, so production may take additional time during high-demand periods.

  • If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately based on which Printify facility fulfills each item.
     

Shipping Times

  • Average delivery time is 7–20 business days for U.S. orders.

  • International orders may take 2–6 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
     

Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear, depending on the carrier.
     

Delays

  • Please note that shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or Printify’s production times, especially during holidays or high-demand seasons.
     

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at [insert contact email] within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can work with Printify to resolve the issue.

  • Replacements or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
