Welcome to the Chase partners with Printify, a trusted print-on-demand provider, to produce and ship many of our products. Because of this, shipping times and carriers may vary depending on the product and your location.
Processing Times

Orders are processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Each item is made to order, so production may take additional time during high-demand periods.

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately based on which Printify facility fulfills each item.
Shipping Times

Average delivery time is 7–20 business days for U.S. orders.

International orders may take 2–6 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear, depending on the carrier.
Delays

Please note that shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or Printify’s production times, especially during holidays or high-demand seasons.
Lost or Damaged Packages
